ABID

Abid Jaffry
BSc (Hons) MRICS

Having spent the early part of his career playing and coaching professional tennis, he began his property career and qualified as a chartered surveyor at CBRE. Abid has developed a strong specialist knowledge of the regional markets, where he deals with a range of transactions from straightforward acquisitions and disposals, to highly complex funding structures and portfolio acquisitions.

Abid was Head of Investment for the North West at Knight Frank where he worked for 10 years. He was then Head of Office in Manchester at Lambert Smith Hampton and successfully grew the operation to over 140 people. Abid subsequently took on the role of Head of Northern Capital Markets to re-dedicate himself to the property investment market.

He has become a leading regional property advisor in the UK property market. He has been involved in many high profile transactions and has developed a significant client base built on attention to detail and smart advice. Abid mainly works with UK institutions, private equity houses and a long established family-office client base. His transactional record totals over £1.9 billion.

Gurminder Manak

Gus is widely recognised as a key agent in the regional property market. He specialises in investments where his innovative approach and the ability to spot an opportunity make him a revered operator. He has a loyal and trusted following with large and small property companies and high net worth individuals.

Gus is a chartered surveyor of 15 years and worked his way through the ranks from a graduate to become a prolific director at Avison Young (formerly GVA), renowned for his dealmaker abilities across the regions.
